If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know! We take great pride in our customers' satisfaction.

If this item arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it. Please send us an email with a description of the issue. In order to process the claim, a digtal photograph may be required. We will send you a return-label so that the item can be returned to us for replacement. We must be notified within 3 days after you've received them item.

RETURN POLICY:
We must be notified in advance about returning any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item. Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded. Non-defective items must be returned with their original packaging to avoid the 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refunded. Refunds are issued after the item is examined.
